Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with KANUMANU. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your online purchase, you can exercise the option of contacting us to process return within a 30-day duration from the date of purchase. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition (including all packaging, paperwork, accessories) with tags attached.

Please be advised that KANUMANU stores do NOT accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

Accessories
Undergarments
Dresses
Swim
Bodysuits
Seasonal/Party Wear
Clearance Items

Dresses purchased online must be returned using the online returns process.

In addition to the above listed items, all online items with prices ending in $ .00, .96, .97, and .98 are considered Final Sale, therefore can't be returned.

In-Store Returns for Online Purchases:

If you purchase an item from our online store, you have the option to contact our customer support department to process returns and refunds in accordance with our Store Refunds & Returns Policy. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you are advised to contact us within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and brought back in original condition (including all packaging, paperwork, accessories) with tags attached

Exchanges for Purchases Made Online:

Presently, we do not allow exchanges for purchases made online as we cannot assure customers that the item originally bought will be in-stock in the size or style desired.

Excessive & Wardrobing Returns:

Our Customer Protection Team also takes care of situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In such situations, the Customer Protection Team will contact the customer to discuss the situation and work with you to either determine if we need to refuse service in the future or resolve the issue. While it's not our desire to ever reject a customer, we must guarantee the safety, comfort, and welfare of all our customers across the country and the world at large.
